Just a short walk from the guest rooms is La Table de Coureilles,
a restaurant with a view of the woods.
In the heart of Coureilles, Une Table welcomes residents of La Rochelle, travelers, and neighbors from the area to enjoy seasonal cuisine rooted in the local tradition and designed for sharing. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch, and Thursday through Saturday for dinner.

Une Table is part of Coureilles’ history. A
former farmhouse transformed into a living space, the cuisine here reflects this connection between past and present.
Here you’ll find the foundations of classic French cuisine, reimagined with finesse and lightness. Generous dishes, designed to be shared, and mostly local ingredients, carefully selected and prepared according to the seasons.
The menu evolves, but the intention remains the same: to honor the ingredients and create memories around the table.
Between land and sea, a sincere, elegant dining experience where we take our time.
LesChes
After four years running Opaline in La Rochelle—a restaurant distinguished by Gault & Millau and listed in the Michelin Guide—Charlotte Troï and Alexis Guillon are opening a new chapter in Coureilles.
Trained in Michelin-starred establishments (Guy Savoy, Éric Frechon, Dominique Bouchet, Alexandre Mazzia), Alexis puts his technical skill and precision to work in the service of the ingredients. Charlotte, with a more instinctive background, brings sensitivity and dedication to the table.
Together, they share a common vision: a regional cuisine that is both human and exacting.
In Coureilles, they envision a more open and family-friendly dining experience, conceived as a living space.

In the heart of the courtyard, we gather under the covered area, around the wood-fired oven and rotisserie, for a simple and hearty lunch. We share a roast chicken, a pizza fresh from the oven, and settle in at a large table or in the quiet of the vegetable garden.

Perched above the courtyard, the Rooftop offers a view of the manor house and the century-old plane tree. Perfect for a moment of relaxation accompanied by a cocktail and a few bites. Accessible from the restaurant or via its own entrance, it simply extends the evening.
