Stops in COUREILLES
A stopover is a moment of pause during a journey. A port where one drops anchor, a time to observe, meet, and create. Every month and a half, an artist is invited to make a stopover in Coureilles.
During this residency, each artist conceives an exhibition, a performance, or an installation in dialogue with the site. Over time, these stops form a constellation of artists, united by a shared experience: that of having left a mark in Coureilles.
A place for artistic encounters
Here, art is not limited to exhibitions. Artists will also offer workshops, lectures, or performances to share their creative process with the public. Disciplines intersect, engage in dialogue, and enrich one another.
It is in this spirit that “Coureilles en Aparté” was conceived: special moments where the arts meet and respond to one another.
